Uwak Ekanem is the founder and head coach of Abuja Run Club. He spent his university years running Covenant University wherein one of those years he was champion of the Tech Week Scavenger Race.\n\nHe has been running for a decade and has won several races.\n\nUwak started his coaching career in 2014 and spent three (3) years at Bodyrox Fitness Studios as a trainer and coach, coaching clients on how to improve performance, raise awareness and make healthier life choices. He is one of the American Council on Exercise, Certified Personal Trainers in Abuja, Nigeria, and a Certified Running Coach with UESCA<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Our Services\nRunners of all levels are welcome. We offer one on one in-person coaching, online coaching, and structured group sessions led by coach Ekanem.
